Service Manager As part of our continued growth and focus on delivering quality service to our customers, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HVAC Service Manager to join our Gold Coast team or someone looking to progress their career to the next phase. Reporting to the Account Manager, the Service Manager is responsible for managing the daytoday operations of a team of Team Leaders, Technicians and Subcontractors with support from Administration and Service Coordinating teams. The Service Manager will play a pivotal role, managing a key account client, focusing on and overseeing the planning, rostering and job scheduling to ensure that services are delivered to the client efficiently and in line with legislative and client contractual requirements. The roles success is measured on how quickly we can resolve the customer needs and close the business platform within the contract time frame. What you will need to be successful in this role HVAC Industry or similar experience. Strong MS Office and ability to manage operational reports. Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service. Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and ability to manage high volume, KPI driven customers. Develop longstanding relationships with customers and team members. Ensure technician productivity and efficiency is maximised through effective planning and scheduling of the team. Champion all operational business processes that affect direct reports (Service Coordinators, Team Leaders and Technicians).
