Youll provide personalized care, foster independence, and contribute to an inclusive society. Flexibility is essential as shifts occur on both weekdays and weekends. Key Responsibilities Support individuals in various settings (home, community, Aruma hubs, respite houses). Thrive in a dynamic, fastpaced environment. Encourage skill development, community participation, and personal growth. Assist with daily living, personal care, and mobility. Provide personcentred support to foster independence and meet individual goals. Advocate for individuals'' rights and needs. Ensure a safe environment.
