CSI has operations in Western Australia and Queensland.About the Opportunity:As the largest global crushing contractor, we have operations across Western Australia - operating in iron ore, lithium and hard rock.We are seeking expressions of interest from RockbreakerOperators with fixed plant crushing experience to join our team at West Angelas. These roles are full time positions and can allow you to grow your skill set with on-site training and the opportunity to develop your career on the tools and as a leader.What we offer:Full-time positionsFIFO from PerthCompetitive rates plus quarterly bonuses!Opportunity for career progression and trainingAccess to MinRes employee benefit program including MinRes MyShare PlanKey Responsibilities:Operate excavator-mounted hydraulic rock breakers to break oversized rocks and boulders that could block or damage crushers, screens, or conveyorsPosition and manoeuvre the boom accurately to target problem areasRespond promptly to crusher blockagesMaintain clear communication with the control room operator during interventionsConduct prestart checks and routine inspections of the rockbreaker and associated equipment.Report faults or wear to supervisors and assist maintenance teams when required.Operation and maintenance of Mobile Equipment including servicing and cleaning, and completion of Equipment Inspection Check Sheets as requiredAll aspects of housekeeping including cleaning of the mobile plant, Control Room and Company vehicles, and also including clean-up of spillage within the Plant using both manual and mechanical methodsAssisting maintenance workers with maintenance and servicing of Plant and Equipment during Plant shutdowns and breakdowns.Completion of any other tasks and activities within your competency as directed by the Site Leadership TeamCompliance with all Company & Site Rules and Regulations as stipulated by the Company and/or the ClientParticipate in hazard identification, assessment and controlProviding input and feedback for Plant and Operational improvements.What is required:Demonstrated safety commitmentGood verbal and written communication skills.Ability to carry out work instructions and directives to provide satisfactory outcomesAbility to work within a team environment to achieve desired resultsFlexible and versatile attitudeTickets & Licenses Required:Current Australian Driver''s License (HR license desirable)Rio Tinto inductions (desirable)Excavator NRTConstruction Induction CardWorking at Heights, Confined Space and Gas Testing (desirable)Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC)Ability to meet pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening requirements.About Our Process:At Mineral Resources, we are committed to employing individuals who align with our values and meet the requirements of the role.
