Location Location: Sydney / Melbourne Responsibilities Review and action incoming and open tickets, prioritising work based on ticket severity. Participate in the installation, monitoring, maintenance, support, and optimisation of all production server hardware and software. Provide escalated second-level technical support for complex issues, which may include leading problem management cases and providing management updates. Communicate confidently and clearly with all stakeholders. Maintain strong adherence to processes and act as a process champion. Understand internal customer problems and deliver timely technical solutions. Work on a rotating shift basis, including oncall. Background in Linux. Knowledge of Data Centre Ecosystem (cooling, electrical, networking, and structured cabling). Qualifications Previous experience working in a Data Centre environment. Applicants must be an Australian citizen and either hold NV1 clearance or be eligible to undergo the vetting process.
