Job Description

Opportunity Floor Coordinator to support theatre operations at Dudley Private Hospital and Ramsay Surgical Centre Orange. You will coordinate daytoday theatre workflow, optimize patient care, and communicate among multidisciplinary teams. Responsibilities Plan, implement, and evaluate care practices. Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and legislative requirements. Collaborate with Shift Leaders and Clinical Managers to achieve excellence in care delivery. Lead and inspire a dedicated team of nurses to deliver highquality patient care. Work closely with onshift doctors to ensure optimal patient outcomes and adherence to best practices. Reporting to the Theatre Manager, contribute to strategic goals and objectives of the department. Qualifications Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse. Minimum 3 years nursing experience within the theatre complex. Understanding of scope of practice in line with registration and knowledge of legislative requirements. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to work effectively within a team and independently as required. Knowledge and commitment to Quality / Continuous improvement process. Ability to mentor and impart knowledge to educate the support staff. Availability across a 5day roster. Desirable Criteria Specialty Certificate / Diploma or other postgraduate study relevant to specialty area. Computer skills in Microsoft Office. Experience in policy development.
