People & Learning Business Partner @ Stabilised Pavements | Driving business objectives through strategic HR management | Employee Relations expert Senior Manager Based out of Somersby NSW, you will be responsible for the management of our spray sealing business unit to deliver high Quality and commercially attractive projects across NSW with occasional South QLD projects. As a key member of our NSW operations team, reporting to the General Manager South East, you will drive the successful and cost-efficient delivery of projects. Youll have the chance to shape and promote a strong safety culture, influence team performance, and contribute to marketing initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to make a real impact, streamline processes across projects, and grow your leadership capabilities in a dynamic environment.
