Key Responsibilities of Role Be the key contact for a portfolio of Brokers Accredit new brokers with RedZed and work with them to submit their first deal Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand the company''s market presence Stay updated on industry developments, market dynamics, and regulatory changes Represent RedZed at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility and expand professional networks Continuously develop personal sales skills, product knowledge, and industry expertise through training, self-study, and participation in relevant workshops or seminars Skills & Experience Required Minimum 3 years experience in B2B, preferably non-bank finance industry Experience as a BDM in the third party mortgage industry preferred Road readiness happy to get straight out there Proven ability to meet sales targets Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with external stakeholders Sound knowledge of commercial and residential mortgage lending practices Self motivated and organized Ability to conduct group presentations & training sessions Understanding of credit procedures Whats in it for me Working at RedZed means working for an organisation that cares about you and your career.
