About The Role As the Clinical Nurse Educator for Central Coast Health @ Home, youll provide expert clinical leadership and consultancy to ensure the highest standard of patient-centred care across the service In This Role, Youll Lead and influence contemporary, evidence-based models of care. Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to design and deliver safe, high-quality, and efficient health services. Provide expert clinical advice, mentorship, and education to support the professional growth of nursing staff. Drive continuous improvement through research, service planning, and quality initiatives. About You Youre an experienced, forward-thinking nurse with a passion for delivering exceptional care and supporting others to grow. Youre known for your clinical expertise, strong communication skills, and ability to inspire confidence in patients and colleagues alike. Youll Bring Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1). A postgraduate qualification relevant to the specialty and at least 5 years post-registration experience, including 3 years within the specialty field. Proven leadership in evidence-based clinical practice and quality improvement. Strong skills in communication, education, mentoring, and collaboration.
