What youll be doing Category strategy and execution through customer facing initiatives, space, shelf and merchandising, in partnership with internal teams. Customer engagement and retail storytelling tailored to key customer needs; lead retailer category reviews, joint business planning inputs and range performance analysis. Key contributor in developing and evolving category growth drivers and translating into channel and customer specific category plans, and supporting innovation. Provide datadriven input into pricing architecture and promotional effectiveness reviews. What youll bring Extensive experience in category management or related FMCG commercial roles. Proven ability to lead data analysis and insight storytelling at a strategic level. Strong working knowledge of range reviews, shelf optimisation and shopper behaviour. Experience with platforms such as Circana, Nielsen, Quantium, Power BI, and Excel. Experience managing or mentoring others, with a focus on coaching and development. Experience in working with external research partners and methodologies. Commercial acumen and the ability to work crossfunctionally with senior stakeholders. A tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, Economics or related field.
