The Role This is a newly created positionevidence of genuine growth. My client needs a senior technical leader who can drive detailed design work while mentoring emerging talent. You''ll be leading ideas, making key design decisions, and longer term contributing to wider team development. Formal qualifications in civil engineering 10+ years'' experience in detailed design and drafting for TMR projects (or equivalent) Expert-level 12D and Autocad software skills Demonstrated experience mentoring and developing other drafters Strong understanding of highway geometric design and TMR specifications What Makes This Different Nothing is offshored.
