In this dynamic role, you will educate and support nurses, GPs, and primary healthcare professionals by raising awareness and training of specific therapeutic areas and chronic disease states. You will also have the opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered care across various healthcare and pharmacy settings. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a collaborative, forward-thinking team with the backing of a broader clinical network of Nurse Practitioners for support, opening opportunity to those interested in progressing into a advanced clinical-focused career path. You will play a key role in delivering impactful healthcare outcomes through a blend of education, clinical care, and program implementation.Role & ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with GPs, practice nurses, and other healthcare professionalsDeliver education on disease states and therapeutic areas to primary care providersConduct patient searches for audits, monitor clinical outcomes, and support GP professional developmentFacilitate group presentations and one-on-one clinical education sessionsProvide education and support for acute and chronic disease managementComply with all relevant clinical standards, risk management procedures, and documentation practicesSalary of $100k + $24k car allowance - no weekends or shift workEnjoy the ability to work autonomously in this fully remote, field roleSkills & ExperienceRegistered Nurse (AHPRA registered) with demonstrated clinical experienceStrong knowledge of chronic disease management and therapeutic areasPrevious experience in a patient-facing education or primary care role highly regardedExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholdersAbility to work autonomously across a defined territoryComfortable with travel and managing a varied schedule (metro and regional)Confident in administering vaccinations and IV therapyHigh attention to detail with strong documentation and reporting skillsComfortable using digital booking platforms and telehealth technologiesBenefits & PerksExclusive discounts on our consumer health, wellness and beauty products - including MCo Beauty, E.L.F Cosmetics, Nude by Nature.
