Responsibilities Produce accurate mine instructions (lateral and vertical mine development, stope notes) by converting conceptual designs into executionready plans. Collaborate closely with the geology team to align designs with available geological information. Evaluate prospective remnant areas and improvement projects to optimise mining practices. Assist the Senior Engineer in developing weekly plans, schedules and ensuring compliance with monthly and 3MS special requirements. Manage underground contractors for project work where required. Work closely with survey and operations to prioritise and execute development activities. Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Mining Engineering with practical underground experience. Deswik package (CAD and IS) competency with demonstrated working knowledge in fastpaced mechanised hardrock underground operations. Understanding of narrowvein mining and forward planning is ideal. Strong analytical mindset, critical thinker, agile, proactive gogetter with a ''cando'' attitude and positive outlook.
