About The Role As the Family Store Manager, you will oversee all daytoday operations from retail and recycling to administrative functions ensuring alignment with The Salvation Armys values and communityfocused purpose. How You Will Make An Impact Overseeing all daily retail operations, ensuring smooth functioning of the store, including: Store presentation and cleanliness Stock rotation and merchandising Pricing in accordance with TSA policies POS service and cash register operations Highquality customer service delivery Promoting and maintaining a strong customerfirst culture Effectively marketing merchandise and managing timely removal of old or unsuitable stock Coordinating incoming and outgoing stock, including planning sales and promotional activities Managing store financials, including accurate money handling and banking processes, in line with TSA procedures Ensuring all security measures are effective and compliant You will also lead and support a team of employees and volunteers, including recruitment, onboarding, and training. This includes engaging participants in programs such as Work for the Dole, State Debt Recovery, or similar communitybased initiatives.
