About the RoleWe''re looking for a Casual Field Representative to join Retail Select Team and provide a range of services in the hardware and gardening departments at the Bunnings stores in the Bendigo area. You will work with our products across Dulux, Selleys, Yates and Cabots to continue to grow and win in the marketplace. As a member of our team, you''ll have the ownership and support you need to succeed, both from your leaders and your colleagues.ResponsibilitiesDeveloping and maintaining key customer relationshipsOrdering, merchandising, and stock presentation (including manual handling)Maintaining in-store displaysEnsuring products are priced and ticketed correctlyAssist with major planogram initiativesSkills & ExperiencePrevious sales and merchandising experience in retail and hardware (desirable but not essential)Self-motivated with strong communication and interpersonal skillsHold a valid drivers license and have your own vehicleDemonstrated ability to learn and effectively use technology and various digital applications and systemsStrong time management, prioritisation skills and own initiativeImagine a better placeAt DuluxGroup, we believe in the power to ''Imagine a better place'', and we want you to be a part of it!
