OverviewAt Fitness Cartel Health Clubs, were more than a gym - were an exciting and fast-growing brand with plans to expand to 60+ clubs by 2030. Our stateoftheart facilities include Cycle studios, Reformer Pilates, cafs, crches, and saunas, creating a feelgood environment that motivates, challenges, and inspires. Key Responsibilities Greet members and serve customers at the front desk and caf. Answer calls, handle queries, and direct members to the relevant manager when necessary. Use the clubs software systems to look up member details, create access tags, process purchases, and assist members with booking classes. Assist parents with booking their kids into Kids Cartel when needed. Learn about our supplement and apparel range and execute supplement and apparel sales to members. Perform caf duties, including using a coffee machine and making protein shakes. Maintain venue cleanliness, keeping the reception/caf area neat and tidy, stocking supplement shelves, and displaying apparel precisely. Perform opening and closing duties in a timely manner. Follow directions, prioritize tasks, and complete tasks in a timely manner. Perform other related duties. What Youll Need to Succeed Previous customer service experience with excellent communication skills. A can do attitude with a thirst for learning and ambition for growth. A passion for health and fitness and eagerness to work for the industry. Be reliable, proactive, punctual, professional and wellpresented. Have a strong work ethic. Show initiative, be highly motivated and an adaptable team player, with the ability to multitask. Computer literacy and ability to learn new systems. Communicate and uphold policies and procedures of the business to customers and staff. Hold a current First Aid & CPR certificate (or willing to attain). Have flexibility to work hours suitable for the operations of a gym (shift schedules are provided in advance). Have Australian working rights.
