About the Role Mundaring Salvos Stores are seeking a talented, valuesdriven Sales Assistant to support the Store Manager with daytoday operations and provide an inspiring instore experience for our team, customers and community members. This is a permanent parttime role (28.5 hours per week) located in Mundaring, WA. Responsibilities Retail sales and operation of pointofsale devices. Collecting, sorting and pricing donations in store. Assist in the development and coordination of visual merchandising and store presentation. Provide exceptional customer service. Display stock in correct departments, following policy and procedure. Follow occupational health and safety policy and procedures. Demonstrate TSA core values in all workrelated activities. About You Strong customer service skills; demonstrated retail experience not essential. Genuine passion and proven ability to deliver outstanding results in a rewarding, complex retail environment. Alignment with the values of integrity, respect, compassion, collaboration and diversity. High energy, handon individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Flexibility to work a rolling roster including weekends and preparedness to work across various locations in the retail area.
