Conference Support Officer (Eastern & Southern) Join Vinnies Victoria to support the Southern and Eastern Central Councils as a Conference Support Officer. This fulltime, ongoing role is based at Box Hill with a hybrid model and requires a drivers licence for night travel. Members attend meetings on week nights and weekends as required. Responsibilities Actively participate in meetings, support member compliance and induction, assist with training, recruitment and help build and develop Conferences Develop and deliver clear, documented processes for membership and conference operations, ensuring compliance and supporting election and induction processes Assist with annual planning, forecasting succession needs and preparing reports for Central Council and Regional President meetings Handle complaints and safety actions promptly, coordinate with Central Office and maintain regular meetings with the Central Council President Qualifications Exceptional communication, interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills Experience in community networking and development Demonstrated experience in the use of Microsoft Office products and data management Strong understanding of volunteer management Experience in public speaking and facilitating training Ability to work independently, with strong organisational and timemanagement skills Benefits Competitive salary and taxreducing salary package Hybrid working model Familyfriendly environment and commitment to social justice Opportunities to make a real difference in the lives of over 300,000 people each year St Vincent de Paul Society Victoria values diversity, equity and inclusion.
