If youre passionate about customer service and have solid experience in Gaming operations and TAB, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities Actively engage with guests by sharing your passion for our products and create special moments that our guests wont forget. Contribute positively to our culture of responsibility, which is centred around safety as well as RSA and RCG/RSG compliance. Complete machine payouts and cash handling tasks in accordance with hotel policies and gaming regulations. Maintain clean and orderly gaming area, ensuring all equipment is functional and ready for use. Qualifications You are great with people, detail and communication and are motivated to make magic happen for your guests and your teammates. You are a team player and have flexible availability across the day, evenings and weekends. You hold current industry RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications.
