Children''s Support Worker (Nights) ARC HD Services Ltd, part of Community Integrated Care, provides specialist residential and 1:1 support for young people aged 9-18 facing complex social, emotional, and mental health challenges, including ASD, ADHD, PTSD, and traumarelated behaviours. We run four small, nurturing homeseach supporting up to three young people in a warm, homely environment tailored to individual needs. Key responsibilities Provide 1:1 support to young people during overnight shifts. Follow shift pattern: 2 nights on and 6 nights off, with a rotating pattern over an 8week period. Support childrens emotional wellbeing, encourage positive behaviour and promote safety. Maintain accurate shift records, help with household tasks and ensure a caring environment. Qualifications & experience Diploma in Child Care or commitment to work towards this qualification. Experience supporting children overnight, with a flexible, reliable attitude. Honest, kind and nonjudgmental, with great teamwork skills. Confidencebuilder who celebrates every win and encourages children to talk.
