Job Overview Join to apply for the Scheduler role at HammondCare. This fulltime position works the Afternoon Shift (12pm8pm) MondayFriday and provides rostering services to Home Care workers across the Illawarra region. Responsibilities Maintain and create the rostering/schedule for Home Care Workers to ensure clients receive proper care. Efficiently administer client and staff schedules, ensuring rounds are set up with consistency, efficiency, and fairness while maintaining contracted hours. Participate as a member of the centralised support team, providing system and staff administration and maintaining uptodate data on care worker information. Qualifications Demonstrated experience and/or qualifications in customer service, scheduling/rostering, data analytics or call centre. Exceptional time management skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines. High level of attention to detail in a similar role.
