Service Technician (Electrical) Heathwood, BrisbaneAs a Service Technician, you will support the Shift Lead, ensuring safe and effective maintenance across electrical, instrument, mechanical, and control systems at a hightemperature, meatprocessing facility.ResponsibilitiesPreventative and corrective maintenance.Fault finding on automated systems.Using data analytics to enhance system performance.Developing your technical skills in Automation.Providing technical support to our customer.QualificationsTrade qualification with experience as a Service Technician (desirable).Electrical Mechanic licence or eligibility to obtain one.Strong electrical aptitude.Understanding of controls (including PLCs/industrial PCs), electrical/mechanical systems, software, and networks is highly regarded.Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Experience in logistics, postal sorting, baggage automation systems, or food handling facilities.A keen interest in furthering your skills and studies.Honest, reliable, and proactive attitude.Comfortable working in a highly sanitised and lowtemperature environment.Comfortable working at heights while wearing a full fall arrest system.What We Offer YouFulltime position in a professional working environment with competitive remuneration, modern facilities, onsite parking, and opportunities for personal development.
