Location: Immanuel Gardens, Buderim, QLDPosition: Part-time 30 hours per fortnight (Tuesday and Thursday each week)Remuneration: $32.46 $33.94 ph + Supe + Salary Packaging + Staff discounts & benefits About You As part of a dedicated team, you will craft meaningful experiences for residents through music, movement, arts, storytelling, or interactive games. We are looking for someone warm, engaging, client-focused, with a genuine passion for enriching lives. About The Role Planning and facilitating individual and group creative lifestyle activities tailored to residents interests and abilities. Collaborating with residents, families, and care staff to assess and meet social, cultural, and spiritual needs. Ensuring all residents, including those unable to participate in group activities, feel supported and engaged. Providing technical assistance, such as setting up virtual meetings or digital engagement tools. Building strong relationships and fostering a welcoming and inclusive community for all residents. Ability to drive a Mini-Bus. Valid NDIS Screen OR Police Check and Queensland Drivers Licence.
