Assistant Restaurant Manager As Assistant Restaurant Manager you will support daily restaurant management, lead the team through busy service periods, drive crew training, improve guest experience and manage inventory and financials. Responsibilities Lead the team through highvolume, busy service periods. Deliver exceptional customer service and guest experience. Train and develop crew performance. Support inventory control and financial management (P&L). Ensure compliance with Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA). Qualifications Experience leading a team in a highvolume hospitality environment. Experience delivering exceptional customer service. Experience managing restaurant financials (P&L).
