The Opportunity An opportunity now exists for an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee the night shift operation at their Brisbane site. This role plays a key part in ensuring output, safety, and quality standards are met while fostering a positive and productive team culture. Key Responsibilities Lead, develop, and motivate a team of operators and leading hands across production lines Ensure all production targets are achieved in line with safety, quality, and efficiency KPIs Manage production schedules, materials, and resources to meet demand Maintain full compliance with GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards Drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence Support audits, training programs, and performance development across the team About You Experienced Production or Shift Supervisor with a background in FMCG manufacturing ideally within beverages or food Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop teams Excellent understanding of production processes, problem-solving, and troubleshooting Committed to safety, quality, and continuous improvement Flexible and reliable, with the ability to adapt to changing operational needs Whats on Offer This is a challenging but highly rewarding role within a well-established manufacturing environment.
