Customer Service Officer Description Join Our Team as a Customer Service Officer! You will play a vital role in assisting our Council Operations Assistant Manager and coordinating the daily reception operations in Pine Creek Community. This is your chance to shine by addressing customer queries efficiently and with a smile, whether in person, over the phone, or through email. We want someone who enjoys helping others, maintains a safe and welcoming environment, follows all Council policies, and ensures a valued experience for all staff and community members. Location Pine Creek, Northern Territory Full-time Responsibilities Friendly face and voice of the Council Office. Supportive community-focused environment. Ensure all Council policies are followed. Maintain a safe, welcoming environment for staff and community. Address customer queries with efficiency and a smile. Qualifications Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with technology. Strong phone manners and excellent communication skills. Basic understanding of customer service principles. Team player who can work independently when needed. Familiarity with WHS regulations is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills and personal integrity. Friendly disposition, passion for customer service, and ability to multitask under pressure. Whats in it for You Remuneration starting from $50,815 to $57,356, plus superannuation.
