Opportunity WEM Scape has a rewarding opportunity for a Project Manager to join the team. We have a strong portfolio of work with multiple projects underway across Sydney''s Northwest and Southwest. This role requires travel to job sites across the area. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the Construction Manager and site teams to plan and review the overall progress and status of projects Ensure timely procurement of materials and engagement of subcontractors, considering specifications, cost, quality, schedules, and service standards. Develop and maintain project programs, budgets, and timelines to ensure profitability. Lead client communication, manage expectations, and deliver positive project outcomes. Identify risks, manage contracts and variations, and resolve disputes effectively. Support tender submissions and build strong client and industry relationships. Champion safety, quality, and environmental standards across all projects. Lead, coach, and motivate Site Teams to achieve project objectives and foster continuous improvement.
