We are seeking a strategic and values-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to join our current management team. Role Overview Identify new business opportunities, partnerships and community engagement initiatives to expand market share in both the broker and direct channels. Develop and implement a robust sales and marketing strategy that aligns with the organisations broader business objectives and customer value proposition. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners and stakeholders to drive business growth and customer loyalty. Plan and deliver marketing campaigns, events and sponsorships that align with the Banks values and business objectives. Oversee digital marketing, content creation and social media engagement to build awareness and strengthen community presence. Support the sales team in navigating complex credit scenarios with sound judgment and expertise. Lead, coach and develop the sales and marketing team to achieve individual/combined targets. Drive revenue growth through proactive business development and client acquisition strategies. Monitor service KPIs, ensuring queries and applications are handled promptly and professionally. Champion compliance across all sales and marketing initiatives to uphold regulatory and brand integrity. Qualifications & Experience Proven experience in sales and marketing leadership roles (5+ years preferred). Strong understanding of digital marketing and sales pipelines. Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and commercial acumen. Ability to lead, inspire, and develop high-performing teams.
