Our Group Includes a Couple Of Cool Initiatives Australian School of Employment innovative selfemployment and employment programs for Australians of all ages.Australian School of Entrepreneurship teach young people about the essential adulting skills not taught in traditional classrooms. We''re now looking for a Program Administrator (Brisbane based fulltime) to help manage and coordinate our adult selfemployment programs. Key Responsibilities Program Coordination 50%. Coordinate and make things happen within our adult education programs, ensuring a great participant experience and adhering to Department compliance items.General Administration 50%. Support the Admin Coordinator with daytoday admin tasks, respond to queries, manage new relationships and demonstrate exceptional customer service skills via phone and email. ENERGY is a huge part of our organisation so were looking for someone who can EMBODY ENERGY!! Key Attributes Very comfortable with change and super adaptable.Expert communicator, engaging in facetoface and via phone.Super detailed and able to understand and implement guidelines and compliance items. Other Information Salary: $50,000 to $75,000 inc super for a fulltime staff member depending on experience.Location: Brisbane City Campus and Moreton Bay MicroCampus / Working from Home to be negotiated with candidate.
