About the Role As a Workforce Australia Employment Consultant in Salisbury, SA, you will support participants to transform their lives. Reporting to the Business Manager, you will work closely with stakeholders, including employers and participants, to deliver tailored employment solutions in a fastpaced, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Identify and secure employment opportunities for participants with local employers. Establish and maintain strong relationships with job seekers to develop tailored Job Plans that align with programme requirements. Conduct regular facetoface appointments to monitor progress and provide motivation. Deliver practical support including CV writing, interview preparation, and job search strategies, ensuring compliance with reporting requirements. Proactively engage employers through cold calling and labour market insights to uncover hidden job opportunities and negotiate placements and wage subsidies. Collaborate with internal teams to match candidates to suitable vacancies and maintain employer relationships through followup and database management. Ensure accurate and timely documentation for compliance, audits, and claims processing and manage appointment scheduling, tracking KPIs, and responding to communications professionally. Uphold programme guidelines through diligent recordkeeping and active participation in team meetings, training sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives. To be considered Eligibility to work in Australia. Current drivers licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle. A MyGovID (Standard level). Willing to complete a National Police Check. Able to pass a Working with Children Check. Available to work FullTime Monday to Friday 8:30am 5:00pm.
