Justice Officer Team Leader - Bayside Department of Justice and Community Safety, Victoria About This Role Utilise your administrative expertise to provide support and advice to Justice Services in the Bayside Peninsula. An ongoing, full-time opportunity to work with a high-performing and passionate team in the Victorian Public Service. VPS Grade 3: $79,122 - $96,073 plus superannuation. About The Role The Justice Officer Team Leader leads a team of Justice Officers at the Justice Service Centres, and is responsible for leading and supervising the team, ensuring efficient delivery of high quality administration, operational support and reception services in a team environment to the Area/Region. Some Of Your Duties Will Include Supervising a team of administrative staff to ensure effective delivery of operational support, administrative and client services, including routine supervision, performance planning, training needs analysis and mentoring as appropriate Ensuring that the level of service and hospitality exhibited towards the Department''s clients and fellow employees, are consistently delivered at the highest level of professionalism, & customer service excellence In line with agreed regional business plans, managing and co-ordinating a range of administrative business functions and project About You Well-developed computer literacy Good knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, procedures, guidelines and regulations Experience in leading a multi-disciplinary service delivery team would be advantageous.
