Job Details Job No: 493590 Work type: Full time Location: Wollongong Departments: Administration About the Role We are currently seeking an enthusiastic coordinator to join our team in the Commercial Traffic department at our Wollongong office. This role is responsible for preparing and finalising accurate Log Schedules (onair traffic log). You will be responsible for Log timing, commercial placements and managing the postreconciliation processes. You will also learn other tasks as required, perform general office duties, and work closely with other departments, most notably providing an efficient and reliable service to the Sales and Playout Centres. Onthejob training will be provided including an understanding of Business and Television regulations. Responsibilities Prepare and finalise accurate Log Schedules (onair traffic log). Log timing, commercial placements and manage the postreconciliation processes. Learn additional tasks as required and perform general office duties. Work closely with other departments, most notably Sales and Playout Centres. Qualifications Administration experience with great prioritising skills. The ability to work as part of a team, bringing a positive attitude. Excellent communication. Great attention to detail. Excellent computer skills.
