Loss Adjuster Strata Join Crawford & Company as a Loss Adjuster Strata. You will be an integral part of a strong team that restores customers lives after loss or damage to their properties. About the Opportunity You will manage and complete Strata site inspections, assess cause and extent of damage, appoint trades or specialists, and provide a seamless endtoend claims experience for the customer. While the role suits those with a lossadjusting/claims/propertymanagement background, we also welcome tradespeople or those with related experience who can apply transferrable skills. Key Responsibilities Deliver professional and excellent service when completing Strata site and desktop assessments, interacting with customers and clients. Proactively communicate clear and accurate advice, solutions, timeframes and claim progress to all stakeholders. Document all decisions made and reasons, including ownership details, reserve changes and acceptance/rejection of claims. Key Requirements Strata experience as a Loss Adjuster. Lossadjusting qualifications preferred; or professional qualifications applicable to the Loss Adjusting industry. Trade qualifications would be advantageous. Current and valid drivers licence.
