Join Congress as a Cadet, gaining paid work experience while studying and contributing to community-led health programs. Your Role Heres what you will be doing: Complete placements as part of your undergraduate degree while employed by Congress. Gain work experience and exposure in the workplace through paid cadetship roles. Undertake administrative and team support tasks regardless of your functional study area. Work collaboratively within the Congress organization and community-led programs. Travel to and work from remote locations when required. About You The company is looking for: Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander university students undertaking an undergraduate degree. Identification as an Aboriginal person recognized and accepted by the Central Australian Aboriginal Community. Willingness, ability, and appropriate health and fitness levels to travel to remote locations. Currently studying part-time or full-time at university in a course with functional jobs in Congress. Good time management skills, including the ability to prioritise and follow through on tasks. Prepared to undertake administrative and team support tasks regardless of functional study area. Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $52,747 to $55,731 per annum. Total Effective Package: $72,414 to $72,433 including base salary, district allowance, superannuation, leave loading, and estimated tax savings from salary packaging.
