Were seeking a Mental Health Recovery Practitioner to join our team in PaRK Service. Youll play a vital role in supporting people experiencing mental distress to build the life they want, working alongside them in a personled, compassionate, and recoveryfocused way. Responsibilities Cocreate and support personalised recovery plans Facilitate peerdriven and staffled groups Advocate for and promote personal agency in peoples mental health journeys Collaborate with families, carers, and key supports Model hope and belief in the possibility of recovery Help shape a more inclusive and supportive mental health system Qualifications A Diploma or Degree in Mental Health or a relevant Human Services field Experience in mental health or communitybased support Skills in therapeutic group facilitation and traumainformed practice A strong team approach and a commitment to recovery principles A current National Police Clearance (under 6 months) Current First Aid & CPR Working with Children Check A Drivers Licence Bonus Bonus points if you have lived experience of recovery (personal or as a carer/supporter)we deeply value lived wisdom. Term This role is fixedterm parttime until 30June2026 offering 45 hours per fortnight.
