About The Role As one of our Fulfilment Managers, youll play an integral role in managing and maintaining stock levels to drive sales and customer satisfaction. Were looking for a driven people leader who has a keen eye for detail and is passionate about inventory management. The ROLE Help build a culture centred around people development and create excitement about inventory control and stock movement. Create team succession plans and deliver regular training to the store team to inspire continuous improvement. Elevate your team through regular coaching and mentoring and empower them to be selfsufficient and achieve accuracy across store inventory levels. Collaborate with store leaders to understand customer needs for key store events and peak trade periods to achieve maximum revenue growth.
