Opportunity Were seeking a detail-oriented Credit Officer to join our Finance Operations team. In this role, youll play a key part in reducing credit risk, managing customer onboarding and securities, and ensuring compliance with credit policies and ACCC regulations. Youll collaborate closely with the Accounts Receivable and Sales teams to ensure smooth processes and timely customer account management. Training for this position will commence in our Clayton office, where youll participate in a dedicated one-on-one training program to ensure youre set up for success. Once training is completed, youll transition to our Preston office on a permanent basis. This is a handson role that requires sound judgement, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fastpaced finance environment. What Youll Do Manage customer onboarding and account setup, ensuring documentation accuracy Support credit risk reduction through security reviews and PPSR lodgements Monitor credit reporting alerts and maintain Equifax records Assist with credit policy compliance and support Credit Committee reporting Partner with internal stakeholders to resolve credit queries and ensure smooth operations What Youll Bring 2+ years experience in a finance operations or creditrelated role Strong organisational and time management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Experience with SAP or Salesforce (advantageous) Attention to detail and accuracy under tight deadlines Teamfocused approach with a willingness to learn Why Join Sigma Healthcare At Sigma, youll be part of a team that values your growth and contribution.
