Opportunity As General Manager, you will work closely with an engaged and forwardthinking Board and President to: Drive strategic priorities focused on membership growth, engagement, and youth participation. Cultivate a vibrant, inclusive club culture rooted in excellence and sporting achievement. Oversee the daytoday operations of the Clubs extensive marina and hospitality facilities. This broad and fulfilling leadership role offers variety and challenge across sporting operations, association development, hospitality, asset management, and member services; all while enjoying personal and professional rewards by the sea. About You You are a talented executive or senior operational leader ready to take on a meaningful and highimpact role. Ideally, you bring experience in: Leading a sporting, recreational, or memberbased organisation. Overseeing hospitality, events, and commercial operations. Managing significant physical assets: marinas, berths, and onshore facilities. Engaging with members, stakeholders, and staff across a wide spectrum of activities. Essential is a proven ability to lead initiatives that will result in growth in membership, participation, partnerships, and revenue, elevating the clubs financial performance and community impact. A background and strong personal interest in boating, cruising, or competitive sailing would be highly regarded. Key Responsibilities Member engagement, growth and marketing. Facilities, marina operations, leasing and asset renewal. Boating operations and training programs. Hospitality and event operations. Financial management and performance.
