About You You are a talented executive or senior operational leader ready to take on a meaningful and highimpact role. Ideally, you bring experience in: Leading a sporting, recreational, or memberbased organisation. Overseeing hospitality, events, and commercial operations. Managing significant physical assets: marinas, berths, and onshore facilities. Engaging with members, stakeholders, and staff across a wide spectrum of activities. Essential is a proven ability to lead initiatives that will result in growth in membership, participation, partnerships, and revenue, elevating the clubs financial performance and community impact. A background and strong personal interest in boating, cruising, or competitive sailing would be highly regarded. Key Responsibilities Member engagement, growth and marketing.
