Job Overview As a Casual Depot Assistant you will provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers sort their recyclable products and providing them with the correct refund. Responsibilities Deliver outstanding customer service to customers Sort recyclable items into their correct categories Transport items to the relevant storage area (via forklift or manual handling) Ensure customers are welcomed and assisted with their recycling products to inspire return visits Handle cash Ensure staff adhere to all health and safety procedures and highlight hazards/faults/risks Continuously look for opportunities to improve efficiency and increase customer satisfaction Ensure that staff have the skills and training to work safely and efficiently Qualifications Previous customer service, hospitality, or retail experience Excel & Outlook experience Cando attitude with customer service at the forefront of all interactions Diversity & Inclusion At Re.Group, we celebrate diversity, equity, and inclusion.
