You will be expected to develop new client relationships, maintain strong stakeholder rapport, and manage a highvolume, highsatisfaction workforce. Your Responsibilities Manage, service, and grow your portfolio of accounts ensuring excellent customer service at all times. Conduct site visits and inductions as required. Use workforce rostering via our custom technology. Empower a safe workforce. Attend to payroll queries and emails promptly. Identify, cultivate and develop new clients and opportunities. Conduct risk assessments for client sites and new clients using LPs procedure. Deliver monthly job observations and toolbox talks for designated clients. Please note: early morning inductions will be required. The Knowledge, Skills and Abilities We''re Looking For Demonstrated experience in bluecollar recruitment. A proactive and energetic approach to work. Exceptional timemanagement and highly organised. Understanding and appreciation of compliance. Excellent customer service. Strong internal and external rapport with key stakeholders. Ability to multitask in a highvolume environment. Intermediate to advanced computer and MS Office skills. Effective communication at all levels. Experience managing a team and providing performance feedback. Car and licence.
