About The Role Were seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered and Enrolled Nurses to join our team at Bene St Pauls in Hahndorf. With options for casual, parttime or fulltime positions, this is your opportunity to be part of a closeknit, professional team that delivers exceptional personcentred care. In This Rewarding Role, You Will Provide highquality clinical and personal care tailored to each residents individual needs. Conduct or contribute to clinical assessments and develop care plans. Administer medications and monitor residents health. Lead, mentor and support care staff to uphold Benes standards of care. Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation. Collaborate with families, allied health, and multidisciplinary teams to achieve the best care outcomes. Essential Current AHPRA registration. Previous experience in residential aged care (minimum 1 year preferred). Current First Aid, CPR, and Manual Handling certifications. Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of agerelated health needs. Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills. Current National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain). Proof of work rights in Australia. Desirable Italian language skills (highly regarded). Postbasic qualifications in aged care. Uptodate vaccinations (COVID19 and influenza).
