We advise on a diverse range of projects, including urban regeneration, greenfield sites, masterplanned communities, retail and industrial hubs, and commercial developments. The Role Work on acquisitions, disposals and commercial leasing across all asset classes. Advise ASX listed companies, property trusts, private owners and government on a range of property matters. Support developers on mixeduse, residential and commercial projects, including greenfield subdivisions. Provide support to private clients and body corporates on propertyrelated matters. Experience Three to five years of postadmission experience, ideally within a mid to largesized commercial law firm. Strong commitment to delivering highquality legal work and to career development in property law. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, confident working autonomously and collaboratively. Strong drafting and research skills with meticulous attention to detail. Professional, commercial mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities and maintain strong client relationships.
