Here''s what a typical day could look like: Managing Settlements: Check certifications, loan documents, and funding details to ensure smooth and successful settlements. Delivering Customer Excellence: Provide best in class service to internal and external customers, resolving issues with care and professionalism. Handling Documentation: Ensure instructions to panel lawyers are accurate and incoming documents are complete. Ensuring Compliance: Identify anomalies in line with AML legislation and meet regulatory requirements across geographies. Supporting the Team: Share knowledge, distribute workload fairly, and contribute to a collaborative team environment. Driving Progress: Monitor milestones and ensure timely movement through the settlement process. About You Youre someone who brings accuracy, initiative, and a strong customer service ethic to everything you do. Experienced in Settlements: Youve worked in a similar role and understand the ins and outs of loan settlements.
