Bus Driver Busways Group Join the Busways Group as a Bus Driver. This role operates out of the Ryde depot and offers a permanent full-time position with a competitive rate, signon bonus, paid training and opportunities for progression. About The Role We are looking for passionate drivers who enjoy delivering excellent customer service and driving bus services across Sydney and regional NSW. The candidate will safely operate buses, manage shift schedules, provide assistance to passengers and maintain vehicle cleanliness and safety. Shift Pattern Shifts may include weekends, early morning and latenight. Common shift times: morning 6:0010:00am, afternoon 2:006:00pm. Responsibilities Operate buses safely and efficiently across assigned routes. Assist passengers and manage their travel experience. Monitor vehicle condition and report any incidents or defects. Comply with all road safety regulations and company policies. Eligibility & Qualifications A current and valid Medium Rigid or above drivers licence. A good driving history. Strong communication and customer service skills. Willingness to undergo preemployment medical checks, criminal history checks and working with children checks. Current NSW Driver Authority or willingness to obtain one. What We Offer SignOn Bonus up to $6,000 (T&C apply). Permanent pay: $33.58 per hour weekday, with weekend and public holiday rates plus overtime. Paid 4week driver training program. Company issued OPAL card. Overtime and shift flexibilities.
