Agitator Driver | Maitland Driving a concrete agitator truck for Heidelberg Materials Australia is more than just going from A to B. Our Agi Drivers are the face of our business, providing topnotch customer service to our clients. Youll make multiple deliveries throughout the day, interacting with a variety of people. Every day is differenttheres no routine in this role! Location: Maitland Concrete Plant in the NSW Hunter Valley region. Hours: Fulltime, most rostered days start between 56am. Pay: Base hourly rate of $33.70 with overtime at 1.5 after 8h and double time plus meal allowance after 10h, paid weekly. Customer Interaction: Youll meet many people each daycomfortable with new people is a must. Technology: Cuttingedge equipment, route mapping and load tracking. Training: 10day program with experienced driver trainers before solo roadtime. License: Minimum of an HR licence (essential). Previous HR driving experience preferred. White Card: Current valid Construction White Card, or willing to obtain one before starting. People Skills: Enjoy meeting people and having a chat on site. Variety: No two days are the same when youre driving one of our Agi trucks. Pride in Your Ride: Keep your truck clean and presentableits a mobile billboard for the company. Medical Check: Must pass a preemployment medical, drug and alcohol test (random testing conducted on all Heidelberg sites). Safety: Some trucks have driver weight limits and seatbelts; you may need to be under a specified weight. What We Offer: Base hourly rate of $33.70 plus penalties, allowances & super, paid weekly. Uniforms and PPE supplied. Monthly RDO accrual with flexible usage. Minimum 10day Agi Driver training program and buddy support.
