Due to continued growth and upcoming projects, Matic Transport Australia is seeking experienced MC Truck Drivers to join our team at our Darwin Operations. This position is ideal for candidates with a flexible schedule and the ability to work across varying shifts, including nights and weekends. Key Responsibilities Operating MC trucks for longhaul deliveries, including to remote outback locations Main duties will be Linehaul Tanker deliveries to Newmont Granites Capability to drive across varying road conditions Complying with company OH&S procedures and safety regulations Completing preemployment driver medical assessments Adhering to fatigue management regulations and Chain of Responsibility (CoR) Respect for all staff, clients, and business partners, contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment Desired Skills and Experience Current MC Licence is essential Previous experience operating pneumatic tankers is highly regarded, but not essential full onsite training provided Solid driving record and ability to work autonomously Strong knowledge of road transport legislation, including CoR National Police Clearance Ability to work remotely in isolated locations Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus Ability to work a flexible, casual schedule across a variety of shifts Forklift licence (desirable but not essential) To be considered for these roles, the successful candidate will demonstrate A solid work ethic and exceptional reliability Punctuality and a positive, cando attitude Neat and professional appearance at all times A commitment to safety and following all operational protocols #J-18808-Ljbffr
