About the Role This is a full-time, office-based role supporting our financial advisers and paraplanners. You''ll be the first point of contact for clients and play an important role in ensuring our advice process runs smoothly from start to finish. Key Responsibilities Reception duties, answering phones, managing mail, and general office administration. Assisting with preparation of client forms, applications, and documentation. Maintaining client records and filing in XPLAN and Worksorted. Supporting the client review process with data collection and pre-meeting preparation. Assisting the senior CSOs with implementation tasks (super rollovers, pension commencements, switches, insurance updates). Providing a warm and professional experience for our clients. About You Organised, accurate, and detail-focused. Confident communicating with clients and product providers. Proficient with Microsoft Office; exposure to XPLAN and Worksorted is highly regarded (but not essential). Able to prioritise tasks and work well in a team environment. Previous financial services or office administration experience is preferred, but training will be provided. Minimum of two years'' experience as a client services officer. Why Join OBT?
