About the Opportunity Join one of Australias most transformative infrastructure projects. As a Contract Administrator, youll play a pivotal role in supporting the Inland Rail Project Delivery Team. Youll be responsible for the day-to-day administration of contract documents, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency across all contractual matters. This is your opportunity to contribute to a nationally significant rail infrastructure program thats reshaping freight movement across Australia. Key Responsibilities Administer contracts efficiently, including payment reviews and authorisations. Monitor and implement processes to ensure contractual compliance. Assess and manage contract variations, disputes, and claims. Liaise with Legal Counsel on complex contractual matters. Identify and mitigate commercial risks. Ensure receipt and accuracy of insurances and securities. Maintain commercial registers and ensure timely documentation. Support monthend reporting with accurate cost forecasts. Uphold ethical standards and probity across all contract functions. Ensure compliance with Inland Rails policies, IMS, EMS, and CARE values. Foster collaborative relationships and contribute to a respectful, inclusive workplace. About You To thrive in this role, you''ll be a detaildriven team player with strong commercial instincts and a passion for delivering contract excellence in a fastpaced project environment. Qualifications Tertiary qualifications in construction, quantity surveying, law, engineering, or related discipline. Proven experience in contract administration within large infrastructure projects (ideally a rail infrastructure project). Strong understanding of design & construction contracts and commercial principles. Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders. Teamoriented mindset with a proactive approach to problemsolving. A clear understanding of ethical practices and probity within a large organisation.
