Overview Food & Beverage Supervisor Newcastle Airport, Retail division Permanent, Full Time. Join CaterCare Retail at Newcastle Airport to lead a quickservice retail operation focused on exceptional food and service standards. Responsibilities Support and lead team members on shift. Ensure food and service quality meets company standards. Assist in staff operations, including scheduling shifts and managing labour resources. Supervise stock, inventory and cash management. Maintain compliance with health, safety regulations and site policies. Qualifications & Requirements Minimum 6months of supervisory experience. Strong leadership skills and ability to supervise staff. Cash, stock and labour control skills. Conflict resolution / dispute management skills. Flexibility across work days/hours.
