Role Summary Were seeking dedicated nurses who are ready to make a meaningful difference every day for fixed term part time contracts. In this rewarding role, youll work closely with Registered Nurses to deliver high-quality, resident-focused care across all areas of daily living. Youll play a key part in planning, implementing and evaluating nursing interventions, ensuring residents and their families feel supported, informed, and respected. Your ability to manage medications safely, communicate clearly, and respond proactively to changing care needs will be valued and supported within a collaborative multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities Collaborate with Registered Nurses to deliver resident-focused care. Plan, implement and evaluate nursing interventions. Ensure safe medication management and clear communication with residents and families. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings. Qualifications & Experience Current registration as an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse with AHPRA. Demonstrated sound level of nursing skills and works within safe practice principles. ADVANTAGEOUS EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS: Knowledge of the national Aged Care standards. Recent clinical experience in a residential aged care facility. Vaccination Requirement Some roles in the healthcare sector are required to be vaccinated annually for Influenza (unless a valid exemption applies). Evidence of vaccination (or exemption) will be required prior to commencement.
