Part-Time Retail Professional - Bayside Factory Outlet, VIC We are on the lookout for a Retail Professional to join our Bayside Factory Outlet in VIC on a PART-TIME basis. This role requires fixed weekly days and hours on selected weekdays/weekend days. If you are an efficient, pro-active retail sales enthusiast with a connection to sport and you would love to work for a global brand, then we are looking for you. Key Responsibilities Be aware of store sales and KPI targets, as well as individual performance targets, take ownership over them and use all available store resources to meet or exceed them Execute the Brand Customer Service standards to meet or exceed customers expectations Execute and maintain established Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication standards Process merchandise deliveries quickly and effectively, and constantly replenish merchandising fixtures to ensure the stores entire product offer is represented on the sales floor Represent the adidas brand/company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way Requirements To be successful in your application you will have a strong retail sales or customer service background with a proven track record of success. You will be motivated, energetic, passionate about achievement and be comfortable working in a fast paced environment. You must have permanent legal rights to work in Australia. Working Hours To be considered for the role you will be required to have availability to work retail hours across weekdays and weekends. Please include your availability in the application.
